ISO 9001:2008 Certification Steel Fabricator

AT&F, a custom steel fabricator in Cleveland, Ohio, has achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification.  AT&F received its certificate from Smithers Quality Assessments.  This certification demonstrates AT&F’s commitment to customer-focused processes that help produce quality parts, providing on-time delivery and meeting customer expectations. “ISO 9001:2008 standard is implemented by more than one million ISO certified companies, and AT&F is proud to be one of them.  The new certification demonstrates our ongoing commitment to a strong customer focus and continual improvement to our methods to produce a good quality product for our customers. Our certification is a significant achievement for the company,” states Ken Ripich, Executive Vice President.

Released in 1987 by International Organization for Standardization in Geneva, Switzerland, the ISO 9000 standards have evolved to the current version, placing process management and measurement, analysis and improvement front and center.  ISO 9001:2008 is an internationally recognized quality management standard. The standard focuses on defining customer quality requirements, use of data to analyze the processes, meeting applicable customer and regulatory requirements, enhancing customer satisfaction and continually improving business performance.
