Quality Metal Fabrication Through ISO 9001:2015 Certification

AT&F is pleased to announce that AT&F Wisconsin and AT&F Advanced Metals in Orrville, Ohio, have achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification. AT&F is now ISO certified across the entire enterprise which includes AT&F Cleveland, AT&F Advanced Metals, and AT&F Wisconsin.

AT&F is Big in Green Fabrication

AT&F supports its ‘green’ customers by partnering with them to fabricate large scale specialty alloy fabrications used in a variety of processes. These processes include waste to fuel, water, emission control and many others. According to Ryan Culbertson, Director of Business Development for AT&F Advanced Metals, “Our customers come to us because we are experts in the management of these complex fabrications and quality is at the center of everything we do. Yes it is exciting to be involved in these projects that are important to our customers, but it is equally satisfying knowing that AT&F is contributing by manufacturing products that are environmentally responsible.”

Press Release: AT&F Advanced Metals Facility Expansion

AT&F has some exciting news to share regarding their Advanced Metals division located in Orrville, Ohio. “Based on current business conditions and an optimistic eye to the future, today we have broken ground on a 32,00 square foot expansion at AT&F Advanced Metals", according to Ken Ripich, EVP for AT&F. The building is expected to be completed and ready to occupy in early June. AT&F is looking to hire qualified team members that share the company's core values and that have the appropriate experience in TIG welding stainless, titanium, tantalum, zirconium and other special alloy materials.

AT&F Advanced Metals Completes 1000th National Board Certified Vessel

AT&F Advanced Metals, located in Orrville, Ohio, has completed its 1000th vessel certified by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI). AT&F Advanced Metals is a division of the world class steel fabricating enterprise, AT&F, specializing in corrosion resistant materials for a variety of industries. Pictured below is a finished nuclear walkway ready to be shipped to the customer. This walkway will be pushed by hand into place over the reactors. The unit is 100% fabricated from Titanium grade 2 to tight tolerances and designed to be lightweight, high strength and corrosion resistant. We have fabricated multiple walkways and other components for the nuclear industry over the years. Because of our long history in the nuclear industry and decades of working with titanium and other corrosion resistant metals, our AT&F Advanced Metals facility is the go-to source for fabrications such as this unique walkway. AT&F Advanced Metals Partners with AdvanceBio Systems LLC to Manufacture a Bench Scale System for Cellulosic Ethanol Processing

CLEVELAND, OH — December 1, 2010 — AT&F Advanced Metals, LLC, a fully-owned subsidiary of Cleveland-based AT&F (American Tank & Fabricating Company), is completing production on the innovative and first of its kind Bench Scale Reactor System developed with AdvanceBio System, LLC of Cincinnati. The system is an advancement in the efforts to make commercial production of ethanol and other biofuels from cellulosic biomass cost-competitive and environmentally sustainable, and supports the advanced biofuels goals of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007.
